Crews struggle to reach sites due to impassable, waterlogged routes.
Frozen power lines risk collapse and make repairs challenging.
Strong winds damage utility poles, carry debris, and ultimately endanger workers.
Crews shutdown during electrical storms to avoid deadly strikes.
Poor visibility increases chances of accidents and slows installation and restoration work.
Locations become dangerous, air quality declines, slowing work and forcing crews to wear masks and limit exertion.
High temperatures can cause heat stress, dehydration, and equipment failures.
Storms fell trees blocking access, damaging lines, and creating hazardous conditions.
We offer reports for locations within a 20 mile radius of any city or town, with up to 4 locations for the basic package, and then an additional cost per two locations. There is not a maximum for the number of locations within the United States available for purchase.
Although weather applications provide weather forecasts for cities and towns, these applications tend to be impersonal by not giving you a forecaster to talk to about the relevant weather to your location.
Safeguard Weather Outlooks are provided by a meteorologist who you can talk to and ask more about the weather forecast ahead. Another advantage is that Safeguard Weather provides safety education relevant for the week's weather, for your teams to prepare them and respond properly. We offer site-specific reports and team-specific safety measure recommendations. We provide relevant diagnostics for severe weather and for applying weather safety.
We can integrate with email platforms and are open to discussion regarding you team's specific needs.
