We are Safeguard Weather Outlook.

We work for you to help bring your crews home each day.
Our CEO, James Stanley, started Safeguard Weather Outlook in 2025 for one reason: to provide safety awareness to companies like yours regarding the weather hazards that your crews could face day-to-day, in each season throughout the year.
Weather hazards can provide many dangers to your work day. From excessive heat to wildfire dangers, from torrential downpours to flash flooding, from lightning to grapefruit-sized hail, from ice storms to blizzards, there are so many ways that the weather can take a productive work day and turn it into a life-threatening situations for you and your field crews.
We want to help your field crews not only be prepared and aware of the weather hazards they may face in the work day and week ahead, but also help them respond wisely to the hazards for their own safety, so they can return safely home to their loved ones at the end of each day.

Managers coordinate with their field crews for their work day plans based on the weather outlook.

Safety is the number one priority. Weather hazards that threaten your crews need the proper response.

Regular 'case in point' moments are found in every industry.
James helped us protect our volunteer teams during emergency weather moments. He provided valuable consultation and insights.
I think you give our office a little something extra safety-wise with (these reports). And I think it's going to garner a lot more attention down the road about the benefits.
What seems the most helpful for myself and my team are the initial emails with the weather and warnings for the week. The things that matter are what would put (the team) in danger as well as, put them out of work or slow down work, such as rain, thunderstorms, hail, worse weather, etc.
James has a depth of knowledge and expertise that takes the pressure off of me trying to make the best call for my teams in emergency (weather) situations.
Safeguard Weather provides helpful tools every week for us to improve our day to day functioning. So great!
The useless waste of materials and time seen in the construction industry is tied directly to the need for clear communication about the weather.
